Refund conditions

  • Within 7 days since parcel(s) delivered. (Package need to be returned in good condition)
  • The item has serious quality problems.
  • Size error (Caused by us.)
  • Lost package (Slow logistics status updates due to any delays are not considered lost unless the package is confirmed to be lost. Contact the logistics service provider to provide the tracking slip number to check whether it is lost.)

Return conditions

  • If the clothes have fragrance or body odor, we refuse to return them.
    So if you want to try it on, it is recommended to try it on after taking a shower.
  • Within 7 days since parcel(s) delivered.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please make sure the condition is well, There must be no peculiar smell, smudges, or severe creases that may affect secondary sales.
  • Return using the regular post office
  • Declare the content of the package as ‘gift’ or ‘used’, wrong declarations are more likely to cause the package to be seized by the customs.
  • We will give you a refund/reship after we receive the goods
  • Please understand that since this is a replica, it may be confiscated by customs. In this case, a full refund cannot be made, only a part of it can be refunded.
  • If the returned goods are held by the customs, only a partial refund can be made.
  • Most returns will be levied by customs for entry fees, which will be deducted from the refund; for exchanges, the same amount will be levied.

Note: The original shipping fee and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us and our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund

We’re 100% committed to making you happy. Each item is hand checked by a member of us before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and CONTACT US right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

● Seized Package:

In the situation that custom insurance not included in your order: If your package gets seized by your country’s customs, we will resend your shoes for 50% of the original cost, meaning if you bought a $100 pair of shoes, we would pay $50 towards a new one for you but you would be responsible for the remaining $50. If you would not like a new pair sent to you, then we can refund you 50% of the original amount.

If you bought customs insurance, we will reship the seized item once for free.

● Order Cancellations:

If you place an order and decide to cancel it for any reason BEFORE we ship them out, we will give you 100% of your money back. But, once the shoes are shipped, we do not accept cancellations at all.
